participant training positions for usaid project
institute of international education (iie) is one of the world's largest and most
experienced global higher education and professional exchange organizations . iie is seeking candidates for multiple positions for an anticipated training program funded by usaid . all positions are located in egypt and contingent on iie being awarded the contract and usaid approval of the proposed candidate.
all positions require english language proficiency and egyptians are encouraged to apply
1- university partnership managers:
- manage partnerships between egyptian and u.s universities ,
including partner recruitment and selection , implementation
plan development and review , monitoring performance , technical assistance and support and evaluation
- minimum of five year of exp working in a university , preferably in an
administrative position related to strengthening the capacity of the university
2- training managers :
- plan , organize and direct a wide range of training activities, including identifing
and analyzing needs and designing appropriate solutions such as academic degrees or short-term traning
- minimum five years of exp on usaid - funded training programs
3- training specialists:
- minimum two years of work experience
- proficiency in microsoft office applicationa
4- monitoring and evaluation specialist:
- collect , analyze , and manage data : write reports
- minimum two years of experience in monitoring and evaluating usaid project
5- communications specialist
- design, draft and edit promotional materials and program reports
- minimum three years of exp creating communications strategies , online communications ,
social media , print materials, presentations , program summaries and success stories in accordance with ads 303
- proficiency in microsoft office , adobe , photoshop and dreamweaver
6- procurement manager :
- provide oversight of the procurement activities in the competiton and
subcontracting process with training providers
- minimum five years of exp managing procurement activities on usaid- funded projects
7- finance manager :
- monitor budget , prepare and manage monthly finanacial statements and
forecasts, and maintain cash flow projections, including accounts payable
-minimum five year of exp in setting up and managing financial and
accounting systems for usaid projects
8- administration manager:
- manage office and human resource activities including development
of hr systems and procedures
- minimum of five years of exp in setting up and managing standared operating procedures for usaid project
